Have installed in a storage area that chills do to below 50F during the winter months. Working as needed so far. Replaced Sears until that was over 10 years old and quit working.

I tried a couple others that struggled to remove water from the air at any decent rate. Some of the units removed less than a question in two days. This unit i have had to empty 3-4 times a day. Outstanding so far, but have had it running 6 months continuously.

Had some H2O leakage @ first but tightened the run off valve which took care of the issue.Having just gone through back to back hurricanes ?? in Florida, we have been sharing our unit with neighbors.Fridgidaire unit is a real workhorse and really helped ???? Love the large capacity tank and the smooth gliders to move from room to room with ease!Glad we made this purchase??????

My husband said our dehumidifier wasn't working very well, so did some searching on Google. Decided on this Frigidaire - 35 Pint Dehumidifier and very happy with it! My husband said it's working great and that I'd made a good choice!

I had an older model Frigidaire dehumidifier that was fabulous! It worked for 7 years. I only ditched it because of a mold issue in the house so I bought a new version. We will see how much my utility bill is affected but I don™™t think it should be much for using this almost constantly. I live on an island with a high water table so our homes are very moist. This product works quickly. On ™dry™ days , I empty the 35 pint reservoir twice in my small 500 sq ft flat. I wish I had bought a larger model. The only draw back is the alarm is loud and there isn™™t a way to mute it. Using this reduces my use of heating as the damp makes it cold and this takes the damp away.

Easy to use, efficient product but should come with a drain hose. Had to buy a fitting and hose to hook up. Not plug and play.

Bought one 4 months ago , worked good for 4 months . Then it stopped working, frost 1™ from the bottom on evaporator, no water . Called hot line and boom sent me a new one. Waited 24 hours before I plugged it in and what do you know ? The whole thing iced up ?? Temp in room was 66 humidity 59 . Why is it soooo hard to find a dehumidifier that works for more than well 5 min to a year ??? I guess u can™™t make lots of money if they last for 30 years like the one I bought 30 years ago . Junk . Sad part is you know it .

After just a few hours, the dehumidifier was full of water that had been pulled from our home. Worked like magic! After another few hours, we had to empty it again. Purchased it because two separate family members had also purchased for their homes. I would recommend this product.

I bought this for a very damp 1st floor apt near the ocean. I didn't realize it had no auto-off feature and got puddles the first 2 times till I switched from CO (continuous) to a timer method. I then thought I would buy a garden hose but then decided it would just be too ugly. It did not come with a hose. But the amount of water it's taking from the air is amazing. I dump the drawer after 7-8 hours. It has saved my guitars and now I have dry towels. The wheels make it easy to push around.

I got this dehumidifier for my bedroom. I've only had it a few days, but it's reduced the high humidity in my room to normal range. Only complaint is that the fan is loud whether on low, medium, or high setting.

Unit works very efficiently. Pulls about 1.7 gal moisture every 6-8 hours out of the air. Louder than anticipated which is only an issue due to it™™s placement in the center of my home rather than a basement or storage area. Only issue was that the drain port leaked slowly for first 2 weeks with the cap on. Did a number on my hardwood floors. After applying teflon tape to drain port threads it has not leaked since.

I bought my Frigidaire dehumidifier from my local hardware store which only carries high-quality products and and Service contracts if you want them. I purchased this unit for my garage. The garage gets incredibly musty, moldy, and smelly when I am constantly needing to bring in my wet car,This unit is plenty powerful to dry up all the puddles my wet car creates Big puddles and a lot of humidity. The dehumidifier dried up the puddles which prevent mold from growing. and discourages various insects from making webs and nests there.Using a humidifier, dries the air and prevents ™web ™ moths from making your garage their ™nursery™ . This type of moth eats your wool, silk , and fur clothing . One fertilized female carries 1000 eggs.. The worm stage eats your clothes and spreads very quickly! In my house last summerThe garage based moths took over my house! My dehumidifier in my garage is preventing that crisis from ever happening again. The humidifier in my house I moved from closet to closet again preventing the development of this insect in the closets. Well, worth the investment.!!

Low confidence in dehumidifiers based on 10 years of experience. They rarely last longer than two seasons before getting an error message. All electronics built by one or two companies in China. That said, this model is quiet and we've had no problems. Only down side is small collection size (35 pints). But it also makes it easier to empty.

It has worked well since I have had it for about a month now. However, it runs pretty loud regardless of the fan speed chosen. The least thing I like about it is that it does not pour well when emptying the tank. I find that I have to always wipe up the edges of the tank after emptying it.
