Attractive, well thought out design both inside and outside making the refrigerator much roomier than you would expect from the 21.4 Cu.Ft. The ability to adjust the middle drawer temperature from either a wine/meat/deli drawer to additional freezer space is an especially nice feature. Satisfied enough that we are planning on replacing our other aging appliances with the Electrolux brand.

We loved this refrigerator when we first saw it, especially because it had two ice makers. That was the primary reason we bought it. We have had it now less than three years and have had endless problems with both ice makers with at least six service visits to repair/replace both ice makers, some under warranty and some at our own expense. Our latest repair visit determined that the ice maker in the freezer drawer, the most important one, was not repairable because the problem part was encased in foam in the body of the refrigerator and not accessible to the repairman. This was obviously an issue of a bad design that Electrolux has hopefully corrected in the new models. Unless it has been fixed, I would not recommend this product.

Just after warranty expired, the door ice maker stopped working. 2.5-3 years the bottom ice maker stopped working, and no one seems to be able or know how to fix it. It does keep food cold, but people like to have ice. If you buy this start looking for a countertop ice machine.

Flex drawer set to freezer temp freezes ice maker.

We purchased this model for the flex drawer space. Unfortunately when we received our unit and turned the flex drawer to the freezer option something strange happened. Within 2 days the ice maker in the freezer stopped working. After a repairman came out and thawed out the line we were back in business. In 2 days it was frozen again. After many calls to Electrolux and 3 more repairmen visits we were told a replacement was needed. We set the flex drawer again to the freezer setting and again the icemaker line froze. We made the same calls and entertained the same number of repairmen. Again they replaced the refrigerator with our third unit. I will jump to the point. The third unit had the same problem. Of course at this point we picked up on the pattern of the problem. It seems from the explanation we received from 3 repairmen the flex drawer sits on top of the freezer ice maker line and due to the cold temp and poor insulation between the two areas the ice line freezes. We are on our fourth unit and unfortunately we would have ordered another brand at this point but we have matching appliances in our kitchen and couldn™™t find another to match the stainless tone or handles. We now never turn the flex drawer to freezer and have not had that problem again. It™™s almost a year later and it™™s not the fix we were hoping for but we accept it. I just want to make others aware of the issue so they will not go through what we have gone through. These refrigerators are not cheap and should not be doing this. I hope Electrolux can fix this issue.

Well-designed counter-depth fridge. The wide doors provide lots of space for bottles, dressings, etc. leaving the shelves for food and bulkier items. The transparent crisper drawers let you easily see your veggies and the flex door is great for sodas. Makes tons of ice! We're very happy with our purchase!

Only two weeks in operation. Seems like a great appliance. My wife wanted the shelves adjusted recently and we were disappointed to see that adjusting the shelves is severely limited. We have also had the smaller door fail to fully close on se real occasions. This is due to the door mechanism not properly functioning.. one final issue, we wish the water drawn from the refrigerator was colder. I™™ve looked and to my knowledge the water temperature cannot be adjusted.

We had little time to replace our similar Samsung refrigerator, which gave out after 13 years. Electrolux is nowhere in any ratings, Samsung is now low, and LG has all the top spots.A contractor working with our neighbors works with someone at University Electric. His contact there said all reviews, including Consumer Reports, are paid for and not valid. He recommended Electrolux, which we purchased. It has less capacity than the Samsung, but very nice features. It is costly, and we will need to cut out a wall to make it fit in without sticking out too far in our kitchen.Overall, it does seen to be a good product. We will have to see how many years it will be reliable.

Two Years In - Neither Ice Maker Works Anymore

I purchased this refrigerator from a local appliance store in late 2021. I built my kitchen remodel around it because it had all the features I wanted and was gorgeous. I was very pleased with it for the first few months, but then the door ice maker started failing randomly. Thankfully there™™s a second ice maker in the bottom freezer door, so I could fill the door ice bin from there whenever it decided to stop working. Fast forward a year - now the door ice maker NEVER works and the ice maker in the bottom drawer has stop working completely too. I™™m kicking myself for not purchasing the extended warranty and will now have to schedule a service call. Very disappointed customer.

This refrigerator is very nice. It is not fingerprint resistant and I wish it was. We measured our space and were confident this would fit based on the description and that the measurements were actually smaller than our current refrigerator. The doors on this fridge are very wide and one side of the fridge was up against a wall and we could not get the door to open. We had to trim some granite and cabinet ledge off of our countertop on the other side to get the refrigerator to open. The doors also do not close softly, they bang shut which is unfortunate since I have 4 children. This is a pretty fridge and has great storage spaces.

I made the mistake of buying this refrigerator through Davis appliances and 2 months later the control panel is not working anymore, call for help they sent a technician 10 days later to see the problem, he said it was the door and some wires so he order the parts, had to wait another 7 days so today the next technician came over (different guy) he change the wires and the door and still not working now this Technician feels is the main board so now I have to wait another week to see if that is the problem, will write another review next week to see if they take responsibilities and replace my fridge for a new one, I don't want to spend more than 3500 dollars for a new refrigerator an keeps replacing parts . keep posted I will continue with review

I really like this French Door refrigerator. It has two features that aggravate a bit though, and both have to do with the dispenser. The crushed ice flies every which way and not always just into the glass. The second feature is that water dispenses before the light comes on and that™™s not helpful in a darker room. There are two small deli drawers inside and they are stiff and hard to slide the top glass to open them. These could be more user friendly.

If this fridge wasn™™t good looking, I would hate it with every ounce of my being. I™™ve lost count of the number of times we™™ve had to have someone out to fix it. Worst of all, they can never fix it and all our problems started right after our 1-year warranty expired. Most of the issues are with the freezer. It doesn™™t seal so everything in there regularly melts. We™™ve probably had someone out 3 or 4 times to fix it. They haven™™t succeeded. Furthermore, it is LOUD. It™™s recently started this buzzing sound that only stops when you slam the freezer door as hard as you can. It also dents easily. A matchbox car would put a ding in this thing. We don™™t even have kids and it™™s got dents all over it. We also dropped a glass plate inside the fridge, and the glass didn™™t break but it did crack the inside. Lastly, a circuit board busted inside when it was maybe 18-24 months old. Constant beeping. Surprise, someone had to come out to fix it. We had a cheap fridge, 15-year-old before this. It was ugly but it never had a single problem. I wish we would have kept it. Save your money and buy literally any other fridge.

Wow! This refrigerator is beautiful! It adds an air of elegance to my kitchen. The doors and drawers close automatically and firmly. For me, having ice in the door and freezer was a must. The ice cubes in the freezer are a unique pyramid shape - which adds a special feeling to cold drinks. The interior is spacious and the interior design effectively uses every inch! Don't hesitate to buy this one! One word of caution - even though we measured the kitchen opening for the refrigerator, the new fridges require more clearance than the old ones - all brands are the same - and are not like our old Samsung which had a zero clearance to open the door. We had to pull the fridge out approximately 4 inches in order to open the right hand door which is adjacent to a cabinet - not a counter top. I was afraid I would have to return my fridge - but there really are no other options out there! All brands have switched to the new door hinge. I am glad we could get our new refrigerator to work! Love Love Love it!

We have had our unit for two weeks and absolutely love it! Design, functionality and efficiency exceeded out expectations. The 70/30 split doors along with all the moving shelfs and bins make it very easy to be organized with plenty of space for everything, which helps with door openings. You know exactly where things are and only use the door needed. The covered charcuterie drawers are perfect to use and see the items.The middle drawer is used as more refrigerated space. Perfect location for left over plastic containers for us. Know where they are, together, and can easily see what is inside. Sliding divider is easy to use and allows for separation for another chamber.The freezer has huge amount of space and keeps things very cold. The sliding drawer with two separate areas is a great help in keeping somethings quickly accessible.The exterior water, ice cube, crushed ice dispenser with additional light is a dream. We came from a unit with internal water dispenser that hurt our backs to fill large bottles. We did not have an ice dispenser, weird shaped cubes in a tub. I had Elite Kenmore refrigerator had build up ice continuously repaired 4 times cost me over thousand dollars. I was researching for a good refrigerator for my home. The exterior design is sleek and modern, the understated finish isn't too shiny and it matches our other appliances very well. The interior is very spacious, we love the convertible freezer/cold drawer. It is perfect for cold cuts & eggs, and cheeses. There is lots of space in the doors and the adjustable shelves are easy to change as needed for large items. Our favorite is the self-closing doors that don't squish you while retrieving items. Having an ice dispenser in the door and in the freezer drawer means never running out. Love it!

We bought this to replace a 2 year old Samsung french door refrigerator. The other unit's ice maker never worked and after many service calls we gave up. Everything about this refrigerator is great-the surface never shows fingerprints, the dispenser and icemaker work great and it is well laid out inside. Glad we spent a little extra to get the best.

Doing a kitchen remodel we elected to put cabinet depth refrigerator in. We thought we would lose out on a lot of space but this thing has tons of space! Probably just a fluke, but the lower icemaker had to be replaced with-in 4 months otherwise this would get a five star rating. Service was very quick to come out and take care of it.

Frigidaire French door refrigerator

Very disappointed with service with Transglobal Service Dept. Bought refrigerator Frigidaire on 10/30/2020. Ice maker quit working in Jan/23. Had the ice box replaced on Feb. 16/23. Guarantee 90 days on new part. Quit making ice again on May 22/23, 6 days after the 90 days guarantee. Transglobal would not honour the guarantee. Very poor service. Do not recommend buying Frigidaire /Electrolux.

This is the first time of owing a refrigerator like this and I love it! I have owned Samsung and it didn™™t last long and just recently had to replace my GE with this one. I have never heard of this brand and I read the reviews so I had to give it a try. I hope that this one will out last the other ones I have had!! The Electrolux is a beautiful refrigerator and the way it looks inside and out is pretty cool!
