Very sensitive to airflow and cold air coming in

Very sensitive to flow restrictions and cold air coming in. My control board went bad after five months and it was replaced. Still seem to have issues with the sensor and the heat. I will get notifications that Ive got airflow blockage when I have a brand new pipe that was installed. Re-taped around some of the joints on that pipe to see if that helps.

Great dryer very bad LG installation

Dryer is great. Lots of features. Remote status is very helpful. Installation service was less than optimal. They could not hook up to my gas line. They only had one hose that would not fit the dryer or the line. Communication was poor. 2nd visit from LG also could not connect it. Had to call a plumber. Ordering process from LG did not ask any questions about the type of line connection.

I love it the steam option is awesome love that its a smart appliance and the AI dry you can use for mixed loads which saves some money. It notifies you when things are ready so they have less of a chance of wrinkling.

Worst Dryer Ive ever Owned

I have had this dryerfor 49 days. It was delivered with a faulty motherboard fresh out of the box. The digital display superimposes lettering the clothes do not dry on any setting other than timed dry and the self-diagnosis feature does not work. The replacement part needed is on back order with no anticipated availability date. So I am stuck with a very expensive ineffective product. What is worst is I have no recourse.
